Village Koshov is located on the territory of the Nature Park "Rusenski Lom", on the left coast of Black Lom River, about 29 km. south of Ruse. The territory of the Park is part of NATURA 2000, as its remoteness from industrial production and other sources of pollution made the village Koshov "our" village and our home for the last 10 years.
Clean and preserved nature, as well as the mild climate in the canyon, protecting the valley of the Lom from the northern winds of the open Danube plain, make the area extremely favourable for raising our bees. We engaged with them "for fun" on one of those days when we were just sitting ("Sometimes I sit and think, and sometimes I just sit" - Alan Milne, "Winnie the Pooh"). And to not break the family tradition of producing bee honey for personal consumption, nowadays our tireless bees are located in 65 hives, the number of which with their help, annually and gradually we continue to increase.
